Applied Learning on Public Administration
The knowledge and experiences gained during my enrollment in the MPA program have been invaluable, significantly contributing to my academic and professional development.
In this paper, I reflect on the invaluable knowledge gained from my academic courses in Public Administration and how they significantly contributed to my internship experience. Each course provided both theoretical and practical expertise, deepening my understanding of key areas such as Strategic Leadership and Public Value, Organizational Leadership, and Qualitative Research Methodology. These concepts not only enriched my applied learning during the internship but also facilitated my professional development.
