Diverse Leadership & Event Management Experience
During my time at Chip Mong Group and other private companies, I embraced a variety of roles that allowed me to develop and showcase diverse skills. These included serving as a bilingual emcee, managing communication and entertainment for one of Cambodia’s largest weddings, coordinating orchestra performances, facilitating song rehearsals for the bride, groom, and their families, and leading company tours for stakeholders. Additionally, I built valuable relationships with business owners and ambassadors, further enriching my professional experience. These opportunities boosted my confidence, honed my public speaking, and enhanced my strategic planning abilities.
As I gain more experience, I have continually expanded my talents. Beyond my roles as an assistant, officer, consultant, and manager, I've developed expertise in various other areas. As a seasoned and versatile Master of Ceremonies, I am adept at managing bilingual events in English and Khmer. I also excel in hospitality, social media strategy, retail, aviation business strategy, public speaking, and empathetic leadership.
To me, every learning opportunity is a gift. I firmly believe in the transformative power of education, ethics, and self-discipline, as they have shaped me into the person I am today.
