I embraced an exciting challenge at Hangar Aviation, where I successfully built strong relationships with the in-house aviation team, State Secretaries of Aviation, and key customers. In addition to fostering these connections, I proposed innovative flight packages that led to a profitable first quarter in 2023.
In my role as Flight Operations Manager at Chip Mong Hangar Aviation Service, added three months after joining Chip Mong Group, I diligently built strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pilots, engineers, board members, charter agencies, and customers. Recognizing some gap in operational costs and flight rates, I conducted extensive research into aviation practices in Cambodia and Southeast Asia, which led to two pivotal ideas: a revamped flight policy for customers and new pricing packages designed to generate profit, rather than merely breaking even.
For the first time since the company began operating, I led the aviation unit to profitability. I proposed the new pricing structure to the Business Unit's Cluster President, supported by detailed research and justification. After securing approval, I worked closely with finance and operations teams to refine and implement the changes. The result was a significant increase in flight profits, along with enhanced operational efficiency.
Additionally, I played a key role in organizing flights for high-profile clients, including Anderson Cooper, French Foreign Minister, Cambodian government officials, and philanthropists, further solidifying the company's reputation in the aviation sector. #aviation
