Meetings with Ministries
I led the project and organized meetings with twelve Cambodian ministries to present Chip Mong Group's products and services and foster connections between the private and public sectors, facilitating collaboration and strengthening strategic relationships.
As the protocol lead, I successfully managed the 'Meeting with Ministries' project, spearheading efforts to establish key relationships with various Cambodian ministries and introduce Chip Mong Group's diverse products and services.
I took the lead in facilitating, presenting, and supporting discussions with government officials, creating and maintaining effective communication channels. This project required a deep understanding of the company's offerings—steel, concrete, cement, roof tiles, pipes, and hospitality services—allowing me to tailor our presentations to meet the unique needs of each ministry.
As a result of these efforts, we successfully negotiated and secured at least three long-term business contracts. This initiative not only strengthened our relationships with government bodies but also expanded our market presence. The insights gained from these meetings were invaluable in aligning our products with the ministries' specific requirements.
