Upon joining Justice for all Immigrants, I led a highly successful Giving Tuesday 2023 campaign, raising over $13,000—30% above the target goal—just one month after starting. This success was the result of thorough research on Giving Tuesday best practices and close collaboration with the fundraising committee. I developed and executed virtual fundraising strategies that engaged online donors effectively, demonstrating strong digital communication skills and strategic planning. This achievement not only exceeded expectations but also set a new standard for future fundraising efforts at the organization.
